Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ChloBo jewellery, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all pieces are returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewellery

  Place the items in their original ChloBo velvet pouch or box, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid returns label or download the QR code provided by the portal to use at your nearest designated drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
